I used to suffer with depression and was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder due to low self-esteem, self-doubts and negative self beliefs, that I either created through life experience or inherited from childhood which clouded me. I was limiting myself from living my life, the life I always wanted. I had to be very open minded and I am so pleased that I was, as I am now the best part of myself; the part I always thought I could be. I am now confident, happy and living my truth.
