I’m so pleased to introduce to you our Soul Sister Workshop series which my team and I think you’re going to love. This workshop series will help simplify your first steps on the journey of self-discovery ... we kick off on Sunday 23rd February with Self-Care. Learn how to understand your external environment and how your energy connects to your inner environment, which in turn then helps to create a seamless flow throughout your life. Each workshop will run from 10am to 5pm with the intention of giving you a safe space to learn the processes at a steady pace and so that you are not rushed. It's so important to connect with what you are being taught so that you can then incorporate it into your everyday life. The first workshop on Sunday 23rd February will be held at the Village Association's Meeting Room in New Ash Green and is £98 per person, or £175 if you book for two people. These workshops are open to everyone.
