The centre provides holistic health services, including but not limited to energy transformation, energy health reset, pure heart vibrations healing, spiritual and self-awareness courses, associated educational healing and transformational workshops. All services are provided by licensed and certified professionals.

3. Appointments

3.1 Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

3.2 Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Payment

4.1 Fees: Fees for my services are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed services. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable with management approval.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and records are kept confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any form of harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7.1 Medical Conditions: Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your session.

7.2 COVID-19: I adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including regular sanitization and the use of personal protective equipment. Clients may be required to wear masks as per current health guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

The centre or myself is not liable for any injuries or health conditions that may result from the use of my services. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and well-being.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
